About
Joseph Gradante is a finance and fintech executive whose career spans traditional financial services, artificial intelligence, and entrepreneurship. Raised on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, Gradante developed an early curiosity about how complex systems work—an interest that eventually led him from economics and financial markets to technology-driven innovation.
After attending The Beekman School and Hunter College, Gradante continued his education through the Wharton FinTech Executive Program, the Washington Technology Industry Association Accelerator, and additional training in coding and sales. His career includes experience at Hennessee Group LLC, Sidoti, and Merrill Lynch, where he worked with investment professionals, institutional clients, and financial advisors and developed a strong emphasis on preparation, communication, and trust.
As financial technology evolved, Gradante began exploring how artificial intelligence could help financial professionals work more effectively while preserving the value of human expertise and judgment. That focus led him to help build Allio Capital, where he serves as CEO and Director of Sales. His approach to innovation centers on applying technology to meaningful problems rather than adopting it for its own sake.
The best solutions help people make informed decisions while allowing them to focus on the work that requires experience and judgment.
